We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it's a sizing adjustment or a style change, our team is here to ensure your Spark Paws experience is nothing short of pawsome.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure items are unworn and hair-free, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
